We offer Free or Insured Shipping worldwide to make our beautiful products available to everyone. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite international shipping or transit time/customs clearance, so sometimes shipping times may be slightly longer. This is out of our hands.
All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase. Depending on the shipping method, your orders are prepared. Order cut-off time: 15:00

If you received a shipment notification, please allow 1 to 6 business days for tracking information to update.
WRONG ADDRESS: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying shipping information with every customer at the order confirmation.
MARKED AS DELIVERED: If an item has been marked as successfully delivered by your country's local postal service (e.g. USPS/Canada Post, etc.) to the correct address provided at the time of order, but has not arrived to you, you must contact your local post office and bring an official affidavit regarding the lost, stolen or undelivered package. We will then endeavor to send you a replacement order.
